The EE community must stay strong !

I usually dont feel the urge to post topics, but I think this mess is ridiculous and I want to say a bit about this whole dilemma.

I started playing EE in 2010 as a guest. A friend introduced it to me and we played a lot together. We were completely stuck in our fantasy world where building and playing was a part of that.
Later in early 2011 I created my account COOLS. I was a bit inactive at the beginning due to certain issues I don't really want to mention, but I started becoming more active after a while. I enjoyed every single moment of that time. My first highlight was becoming part of the first crew I have ever applied at: KB Crew. I became friends with alybea and pikachitu and the friend system (with chat) made our lives so much greater. Those were happy times.
The rest kind of starts becoming a bit blurry. I played a lot, quit for a while and repeated the process. I quit for about a year till now. But I know one thing certainly: I enjoyed every moment of it.

What now ?
-I have a 30 day login streak
-I'm enjoying the community like never before
-I love the campaigns
-I just love playing EE in general

Now after I have finished my flashback that everyone will complain about, I want to say something.

Hello fellow veterans, players, friends, strangers and everyone in the community. STAY STRONG!

We are one community. Instead of blaming everyone and everything we should maybe start coming to our senses and think about why you play EE and like it. Aren't there enough reasons to make you want to keep it alive ? We should hold together and start supporting each other a bit more. I know this community has always been drama based (and thats okay- partly at least), but theres a time where we face hard times, such as now, where we have to just stay as one community. Also I'm not saying with that that you should love everyone, but just respect each other a little bit more. Be it NVD who made many mistakes or other staff members.
I don't really want to take a side on this. One thing I can say for sure though: I'm on team EE. I'm a representative of a more or less great community and a great plattforming game, which has impacted my life in many ways and yours hopefully as well and support the continuation of EE.

Making the game end like this seems a bit cruel doesn't it ?

So just pretty please, stop making these EE is dead topics and support Emalton and MegaLamb to keep this game alive. --> Will the game be in good hands ? I do not really know for a fact. There is a lot they will have to master and learn, but just be a little more patient (I know it hurts).

WE ALL LOVE(D) THIS GAME, DO NOT CONDEMN IT JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE DISAPPOINTED DUE TO THE STAFF.

P.S. Just wait a bit more for an update that will hopefully come soon and please just be patient.

I wish the best of luck to Emalton and MegaLamb and the rest off the staff.

I think you are kinda missing the issue here, Of course we all love EE and don't actually want it to die.
However this ''EE is shutting down'' fiasco just shakes the house of cards on which our trust lies. For a lot of people that house is already torn down and will likely never be rebuilt again.
The staff keep so many secrets from us, tell us so many lies and empty promises that at this point if you actually trust these big promises (Unity) then you are beyond gullible.
You can't blindfold someone and smack them with a baseball bat every now and again and then ask them not to be upset.
For me, personally, I've lost all my hope for this game a long time ago.
I kid you not, when I saw the red bar saying that EE was being shut down, I made bets with people that it was all a publicity stunt and the game wasn't REALLY being shut down. And I was right, it was fake. Just a quick way to raise the online number for a day. I mean it got me to visit EE to see what was going on so mission accomplished. Now now staff, I know what you're gonna say, and the answer is don't bother trying to convince me, I won't budge from that stance. This was all a publicity stunt.
Phina's resignation didn't help much either. You know it's messed up when your own staff members have doubts about the game and what it's doing. Emalton looks pretty kewl but meh.

Until EE starts actually COMMUNICATING with the community, I doubt EE will change for the better. As transparent as Emalton or the other staff members try to be, it still feels like the staff are as transparent as a brick wall.
