Petition: Give tipocarlos "God" title

God title does the following:

• complete immunity to bans

• ability to create forum-wide announcements

• ability to delete topics, posts, and users

• ability to issue warnings and bans

• ability to transform any message content into "HELp" or "lol "

• ability to demod Diff

• ability to remod Diff

• ability to create and destroy matter

• ability to create new forum subsections

• complete control over every topic, including the ability to delete, edit, change poster, change date, and move to another subforum

• ability to edit the site's code

• ability to create a new pocket universe where all beings are concrete effigies of real_tipocarlos

• ability to turn eeforums into a bedwars forum anytime, anywhere

• ability to change one's name

• ability to bypass censors
