Delros's Animation Bot

- Updated how to use it 9/5/17

Here's Delros's animation bot. It still needs some work; fixing bugs, added features, shorten commands but he said i can still share it on the forums so here it is. Its easy to use once you know how it works, just requires patience. And it doesn't have a separate EE platform to use to create animations; like Aslai's old EE animation platform i showed you on my topic EE Animation. Or like Capasha's EEditor; when you load a image its converted to blocks and you can edit it. On here, everything is typed in commands.

▼How to use it:

The bots name is Delbot. The Bot's name is whatever account you sign into it.
Multiple people can create a animation at once because they are saved in files. The bot can bug and stop working, restart the bot if this occurs.

1. First sign in a EE account. Token is for Facebook, not sure.

2. Give the bot edit

3. Type "!createanimation <name>, press enter. Creates your file.

4. Then start placing your blocks you want in your single first frame, then type "!saveframe" <-- recommend to copy and paste text continuously

5. Repeat the process until you finnish building your frames.

6. Type !setframespeed <# in milliseconds> to set the speed of the animation

7. Type !loop true, if you want your animation to repeat, otherwise to repeat type !playanimation <name>

8. Type !loopspeed <# in milliseconds> for the amount of time to wait before the animation repeats.

9. Type !saveanimation <name your using for animation file>

10. Type !playanimation <name>

11. To create separate animations, create another file by saying !createanimation <name>

12. Stop a animation by typing !stopanimation <name>

14. Then type !editanimation <name> to continue adding to your animation. !editframe <#> is not available yet.

15. To make things easier, name your different animations numbers. Example: !createanimation 1 !createanimation 2.
Your animation files do no have to actually be your username <name>.

16. Type !deleteanimation <name> to erase a animation.

Hopefully that makes the process of how this bot works clearer. It can get tiring but once you practice enough, you can create great animations. Bosses, tricks, moving obstacles, etc.

Look over the commands for guidance. Type !help. You have to type the whole command words, there's no acronyms, haha, yet.

!createanimation <name> - Create a file name for your animation.

!deleteanimation <name> - Delete your whole animation

!saveframe - Save the amount of blocks you place in one frame.

!stopanimation <name> - Stops the animation in action

!editanimation <name> - Edits a created animation

!saveanimation - Save the whole animation

!playanimation <name> - Play your animation

!setblockplacementspeed <ms> - The delay between placing blocks

!setframespeed <ms> - Speed of animation in milliseconds measurement

!setloopspeed <ms> - The amount of time it takes to restart your animation in milliseconds

!editframe - (doesn't work yet)

!loop <false/true> - True= animation repeats, False = animation plays once

!deleteblocksafterend <false/true> - deletes the animation blocks after it ends

!playallmyanimations - Plays all animations at once

!Help - shows all commands

!credits - Owner

I'm not sure but i think .Net Framework 4 is required.
If you can't open the animation bot once you download it, try downloading the program WinRar, it opens files, and has a bunch of other extra stuff you may not want.

Delros's is not on the forums so ask any questions here about his bot and i will send it to him to answer for you.
Have fun with it.
btw he's a 14 years old programmer, i bet it wasn't as hard for him as what some of you said it is to make one.  :o

Looks good

Also, I'd advise uploading it as a zip file not a rar file, because then you don't need any special software to open it

@Destroyer123, i sent him your suggestion.

@Tomahawk, It is tedious. "!saveframe" is the command you will use the most throughout creating your animation. To go faster i copy the text "!saveframe", place the blocks, then with the chat log ready, hold Ctrl + V and press enter. Repeating that a lot, gets it done quicker then continuously typing !saveframe.

I don't go on it often at all.

Version 10?! That's not going to happen.
That would be like a perfected EE animation program with a separate EE client to create the animations and load it into a world with a bunch of wonderful features.

Actually Delros's said he might start working on doing that, but he needs all the blocks images (.pngs).
For now he has stopped updating though. I will post any updates if he continues.

Updates like:

!revert
-a feature to save and load animations
