in life and in sleep I follow the same routine: don't think

makes life so much easier. Don't think about depression or anxiety, homework or engagements, happiness or sadness. The world is a terrible place if you dwell on it. so I sleep quite well.

As societal constructs have forced upon me the onus of creating abstract and entirely arbitrary social relationships with those whom I regularly encounter, the negative emotional repercussions of failing to thus do so must be yet another facet of these constructs and thus can be rejected as valid or reliable feelings within my own solitary reality. Therefore the true failure lies with humanity itself in continuing to conform to its conceited and self-centred archaic revelation that companionship serves to increase ones own security and comfort within the tribe.
