Ah, democracy. When one player raging in allcaps can trigger a change.

If only there were a rational way to have made that decision. Like some arcane system where each member could somehow indicate his or her support for - or opposition to - this feature, thereby producing a final representative tally by which an appropriate judgement could be made.

If only...

Like a bunch of people wooting his post showing support and literally nobody besides me quoting forumers long since gone saying anything against it?

Regardless, I'm arguing the principle. Wooting shows support and is quick to do, while disagreeing would require a post. The two methods of voting are not identical and so the method of voting - and hence the subsequent judgement - may be biased.

It's also nice to be a little more public about features like this. A simple strawpoll link in that Forum Business thread would have sufficed.
