Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

How would I differentiate between the two so that I can teleport that one I need to.

You can't unfortunately.

I wasn't sure, that's alright. I guess storing the position of the bot will work. Thank you

Just send an "m" packet with the coordinates you want it to "teleport" to.
One bot to rule them all, one bot to find them. One bot to bring them all... and with this cliché blind them.

Oh I misunderstood. I thought he was having issues with the /teleport command. (Teleporting bot instead of himself.)
As others have mentioned above send the "m" packet, with the X and Y position. (Be sure to multiply your coordinates by 16!)

You can get the bots ID in the init message if you need to distinguish between the bot and player's messages, but there is no way to make a command specify one of the two. IIRC it targets the player thats been in the world the longest, so you can only target one of the two. If you really need to target both seperately with commands, the only way would be to use two different accounts, then you dont have the problem of two players having the same name.

^ Yeah I think it always chooses the player with the lower ID, because they're stored in whatever collection in the order that they joined the world.
