Should going from visible portal to invis leave out blue particles?

Invisible portal is at the middle of letter "B"

For me it's no, particles should leave out target's particles, instead of dragging source portal's particles

it looks like a bug tbh
someone put != instead of == somewhere in the code
or vice versa
