just place a single statue block for 4x3 statue.

You've lost your marbles with this idea Whirl. There is seriously stonething wrong with this. First of all, the idea is very ambigneous; what does a statue look like? How is it centred? Is it a background or an impassable block? And that isn't pebball that's wrong with this idea, there is the problem that nothing in EE before hand has taken up more than a single block, so it is unlikely that this will be added. But then again, nothing is set in stone so there is still hope.

Overall, this is a pretty bad idea. It's the kind of thing I would expect a 4 year old in sedimentary school to come up with. 1 block sized statues as a metamorphable decoration block would certainly rock though.
