How do you make Blocks?

I have seen alot of people on the fourms lately that post Bricks and smileys. i was wondering if theres a program for it and if there is i wanna know.

GIMP, if you don't have Photoshop, although I'm sure Alex could suggest a song for you that'll tell you otherwise.

take the jpeg and upload it to an image hosting site. then take the link for the pic and use this bbcode   and put it inside there. problem solved.

BTW, the size of the brick is 16x16 and the ideal format is .PNG...

How to:show an image through bbcode!
1.Create/take the image you want to use.
2.Go to imgur.com(or any other image hosting site)and post your image there.
3.Take the code and place it anywhere.
4.Put the code inside:[img]here[/img]
5.Pic is shown when used.
