Smiley Hotkeys

I find having to open a menu to pick a smiley quite annoying sometimes, in situations where timing is important, so how about this?

The basic idea is that any smileys you put into the bottom bar in the smiley menu are able to have hotkeys assigned to them.
There appears a small clickable key icon above the smiley and clicking it lets you assign a key combination to the smiley.
The combination would be a letter key + a number key, just for safety.

I feel this would greatly improve smiley usage, and get people to even buy more emotion smileys!

I think dragging the smileys direction into a spot on your hotbar (like the blockbar but different) would be better. No need to waste keys for smileys
