With less of hundred posts and less activity then a month (after ban time ends): with email notification, if not active back
With less then 1,000 posts and less activity then a year (after ban time ends): two email notifications, then username removed

Yeah, and the same goes for EE - it's not an MMO, there's no shortage of usernames.
One bot to rule them all, one bot to find them. One bot to bring them all... and with this cliché blind them.

Actually, I could see it being useful for EE accounts and forum staff would probably change usernames if reasonable.
