Ok so for women the daily sugar intake should be 25g of sugar. For men it's 36g.
Now here's the dumb part. We need at least 5 to 13 servings of fruit daily. However if you eat all of those fruits you'll greatly exceed the sugar limit. Wtf?
they're just suggestions. you don't have to follow them precisely by the number, it's just a recommendation
I tend to avoid counting them by "servings". I'm not dumping a bunch of assorted fruit into 1 cup before I eat them, I just go by 1 banana, or a bowl of blueberries
if you follow these 3, health won't be much of an issue (besides cancer):
-eat leafy greens
-drink water
-exercise
