[Client] Better Inspect Tool

I've created Better Inspect Tool for EE.

Idea came from Capasha's thread

My verison:

▼Press " I " to turn on Inspect tool.

▼Press " O " to enable BlockID add-on (shows id of the block)

▼Press " P " to enable Portal add-on (shows id and target of the portal)

- Works only if you have edit!

▼Press " { " to enable Signs add-on (shows you sign text)

- Works only if you have edit!

▼Press " } " to enable Musicblock add-on (shows musicblock's note)

- Works only if you have edit!

Don't use P. Mods/Admins use P to go into their auras.

Maybe they think this is so awesome so they must use it, but is too lazy to implement it into the client.

Question:
Why not use a single button to toggle all extra data? (portal id's, sign texts, musicblock sounds)
I can understand you might not always want the extra sign data, but for the rest I imagine it just gets annoying real quick how you'd keep confusing one button with another.
