Opera and Chrome are pretty much the same in terms of speed and webpage rendering. They also have the same minimalistic design. Opera has the red button; Chrome has the wrench. Both extremely similar, though I use Chrome.

All in all, though, a browser is a browser, except for IE: IE is just a general waste of megabytes and is notorious for being slow and old-fashioned. IE9 is an improvement but still off-the-scale compared to Chrome, Opera and Firefox.

I'd just like to take this opportunity to say that I freaking love the new IE, but that's no excuse to use it over chrome -- chrome still looks better. Never tried opera :/

Opera is the best. Before, EE was really laggy. Now it isn't, for some reason.

Ok, I finally got in the middle of Opera vs. other browsers war. Ok, Opera is awesome. <This 1,000,000 times. Opera is the best browser ever, no matter how good the others are. I used FF, but then I got OPERA. Then I upgraded to 11.01, and Opera is officially the best browser EVAH. (If this is spam or gets me a warning, it was worth it.)

This is getting boring.... i can see why your post count is so high Different55. You spend most your time promoting opera. What you think is the best browser is opinionated, just like whatever i think is the best browser is. I'm sticking with chrome, end of.

^thanks for backing me up, chimi. I don't talk about opera all the time but as soon as someone gets too near the topic of internet browsers...

When and where did you mention that topic to me? Moderators aren't all-seeing, omniscient beings. We make mistakes, as you can see from my last 2 -rep (I banned someone who was +repping his roommate a whole lot)
