Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

remember how well it turned out on fail forums? that had way less people active than the ee forums, yet it still turned out horrible. you idea is bad and you should FEEL bad

No I don't really remember how it turned out on Fail Forum. I just know that lately it's been completely unmoderated because nobody's tried and there's not really a reason to. This place however needs to be moderated, and it is, so naturally more effort would be put into good moderation.

back in late 2014-early/mid 2015, the hayday of fail forums, the rules changed from "dont say anything you wouldnt say in front of your grandma" (to everyone who doesnt know about fail forums, yes it really did say that just ask diff) to actual rules. and you want to know why?

you

you kept subverting the god damn rules along with probably colon and some other tards and you guys kept making excuses like "well dur my grandma dead" or "grandma dont care!!" or stupid **** like that. if the only rule here were "keep it pg-13" that would be subverted so hard it isnt funny

just like in the irc. yeah i know you remember that. you rule is **** and you should FEEL BAD

"Don't say it if you wouldn't say it to your grandma" has a lot more loopholes than "don't say it if it gives the forum an aggressive atmosphere". I don't really feel bad for suggesting the rule, but I hope you feel good either way.
the thing is that it shouldnt have any loopholes in the first place. also pg-13 =! don't say it if it gives the forum an aggressive atmosphere. that isnt at all what pg-13 is so FEEL BAD

I wasn't talking about PG-13 but I did address that in the other part of my post. I guess I was talking about something that you weren't.

the single rule you suggest has many loopholes that to properly be fixed would require specific rules, nulling the point of just one rule. it wouldnt work out due to the nature of this forum and you know it and you should feel BAD

Generally, yes. But not the case for every warning.

About half of my warnings are actually fair. The other half are beyond retarded.

I've questioned this time and time again.

For all the inappropriate warnings I've received, none of the posts were deleted. If it's so bad that I need to be given a warning, why isn't it the content removed from the forums?

"too lazy"

makes sense, who cares if the post is inappropriate when it's funny and has some woots?

Just because it's funny to you doesn't mean it is to others. Kuba's post was saying that Koya committed suicide, which in some people's eyes is a harsh issue for them. It should be deleted or edited for that reason alone. Woots on inappropriate posts don't mean anything, just that people are immature and only think about themselves because this is the internet, who cares what others think

I think some of the stuff labelled "spam" should only receive a warning if it's reported by a player.

I wanna be able to post an unconstructive 2-word reply without being banned for it.

they meant a /s on THEIR post
as in, they were joking about the fact that, since it has woots on it, it shouldnt matter that it's inappropriate
