Hanging Sign and Quick Block pack choice

If we can have normal signs, why not a hanging sign?
This could be an example of what it could look like

And then this, which I decided to call quick block pack choice.

The hanging sign system works as follows :
Left click three times upon placing the sign.

The QBPC system works as follows :
Once you have selected your next block place, upon holding the left click then brings up the QBPC, and you can then quickly select your 2nd block. In summation, pretty much a block picker.
