Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Do you have any rituals before going on stage/performing/talking in front of people?
I chew some mint gum, every time. Very rarely do I chew gum any other time.
Before big performances, like improv, I sit on the edge of the stage for a bit and just reflect. Right before the show begins I look in a mirror and tell myself, "you got this."

i drink a lot of water so then focusing on not peeing my pants will distract me from being worried about the audience

Read the notes/music/whatever and then mess up anyway.
One bot to rule them all, one bot to find them. One bot to bring them all... and with this cliché blind them.

When I was in band I used to not think about what I was about to do on stage AT ALL until right when we were about to play. By then it was too late to think about what I'm doing and then I just rely on what I practiced/memorized and just did what I knew. I think it helped me to avoid nerves because I didn't get myself worked up about it beforehand.

I:
- Take deep breaths and listen to them, quietly so you won't think others think you're nervous
- Locate any pains / uncomfortable areas in my body and focus on them (but not touch them, only regard them)
- Think about others when THEY go on stage
- Be confident
- Try to imagine youself cold and in freezing temperatures
- Always talk in a solid voice. I always softly clear my throat.
- Be expected to talk loud, so think about your voice. Don't talk loudly though.
- Hum very quietly to hear your voice, then project on how you can change that while you're presenting if it involves voice
- AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, get lost in your presentation itself. If it's a speech, hide behind your mental vocabulary and talk automatically without pressure
i just imagine im talking to a fellow friendorino, not a crowd
one way to put it, whenever you meet a stranger, automatically assume he/she/it/umbrella enjoys your company
boosts your confidence level sky-high, and you'll feel like talking to more people

Nope can't do that.
Sometimes I zone out while I'm talking, and then when I zone in (???) I'm totally lost and have no idea what I've said.
