Question about final tier energy refill reward

I have about 420 max energy, i unlocked the last tier in a couple of campaigns, is it worth completing for a full energy refill for only 420 energy or should i wait until i get more energy?

I think it pays off more if i get as much campaigns as i can to last tier before completing any.

The max energy you get from the campaign is worth it, energy is cheap and the refill is a good momentary perk - I'd suggest saving it for an update and not for a higher max energy.
