My hand muscles hurt
I was making some physical sports and overused my hand. Do you remember when and why your hands have hurted because of muslces-hurting?

This topic is weird, but the last time i ruined my hand was after being whacked hard on my wrist with a wooden stick for like 20 times during Kendo training.

Let me form i better:
When was the last time you were being hurted because of yourself not thinking what will happen if this go wrong
