Block Improvements/Additions

This is a topic where I add/fix graphics that I think need improvements or additions.

Gave them better borders, added blue block to fit with the blue background. Chocolate seemed better square to me, so I went ahead and did that.

Added yellow and light blue, made orange a bit more orange. Also put them in rainbow order. This isn't a suggestion but more of a nitpick.

Gives the canvas background pack white and black variants to have with the most other rainbow packs.

I made a blue version of the candy block for EE CM a long time ago. Why not add it on EE too?
