If it's the block then the player bounces every time, smiley touches the block.
If it's the effect it's basically jumping without pressing space.
So I guess a bouncy block is a better option in this case.

Both, because blocks is lke effect works always here, and effect works until removed

Block, It would be more usable if you could just make a few blocks bouncy and not everything.

No, bouncy block won't give you 100% force back. Just like in real life you cant make 100% bouncy object.

In fact you can "create" bouncy block with portals

No, bouncy block won't give you 100% force back. Just like in real life you cant make 100% bouncy object.

In fact you can "create" bouncy block with portals

So a lossless bounce - you remain bouncing to the same height, could add modifiers to affect how bouncy a surface is.
Would you be able to jump while bouncing to increase your height?

idk i just suggesting the thing.

could add modifiers to affect how bouncy a surface is.

i dont think so, because ee staff dont like to give blocks special powers.
(how slippery ice block is)
(X amount of jumps on jump effect)
(% of speed speed-effect gives you)
(how much gravity force in low gravity-effect)
etc

I thought you meant that bouncy block was like when you jump on it you just jump higher but for a little time and the height decreases over time.

i think if people will do minis with bouncy block this feature will destroy them

What if.. If player jump on bouncy block he jumps at the same hight as regular jump?

so it doesnt matter what acceleration you had. If you jump - you lose it and you'll ger back to normal

i dont understand the connection between the two
do you mean that while bouncing the smiley loses some of its molecules and becomes smaller?
why the left eye loses more molecules per bounce than entire body?

Bouncy blocks should have feature to specify with how much time will they decrease jump? -20%? -50%? -100%? Or you can keep jumping with -0%
