What in the world happened to the EE wiki?

I remember it used to be updated, but now it's all outdated and crappy. What happened?

If it's outdated, remember you're talking about a wiki. You'll benefit others by noticing when something's incorrect and fixing it. Mind you, people might then get tired of your "fixes" if they're numerous and squabble-worthy. So take that with a grain of salt.

For what it's worth, the campaigns and smileys pages (and maybe auras?) are up to date because I edit them as needed; same with the "latest update" box, which shows the latest ee update.

If you see something that's outdated, fix it! Easy as that. EE's a frequently-updated game and a lot of the articles we have are from 2011, from the old wiki.

N1KF drafted a Manual of Style that hasn't gone into effect, so if you're planning on making major edits maybe look at that.

Also, I did kinda have an idea planned involving some sort of updating-wiki drive back in February but my motivation fizzled out and I haven't gotten it back yet, mostly because there's so many inconsistent terms and I also realize not that many people care.

If you look through certain pages, I've noted a few changes that need to be made in the edit log... mostly for my own purposes. The pages that are considered outdated can be seen here but I think the outdated page is out of date so that doesn't help.

If you need to upload a lot of images, either do it manually or contact me/proc.

Also, keep in mind that the page is probably only a third of the way finished, and that some things in there will probably be changed. It's hard to get much feedback on it, considering that the IRC usually only has at most five active people at a time.

If I remember correctly, the Everybody Edits wikia is kept up to date more, although I'm not too sure of the integrity of some of the pages.
