Block Picker and music note crash.
If you block pick the key shown on gif, (G sharp?) The piano interface flies off to the side, and sometimes breaks the game and gives you that white screen.

THe white screen happens only a few times (1/20 times maybe?) Also I am using exe so that might be something important i shouldve said.

If you hold on the note and 1 (or the key you press) it does the flashing of the note thing.
I placed a different note and then clicked g again and this happened:(on exe this time)
