there isn't non-rulebreaking spamming (barring potential exceptional situations). if someone's posting a lot more is spamming, then it is breaking the rules. posting a lot more is no the same thing as spam. if it is spam, however, it would be breaking the rules, so it either isn't spam or it is rulebreaking, what you have said doesn't make sense
