[Bug] avatars for anonymous posts appear when avatars are off

When I disable "show avatars in users posts" in the profile menu in the forums options, there are still user avatars in an anonymous-enabled thread.

You sound like you're going through settings on the forum to check if they're intact.

edit: not that that's a bad thing or anything.

Also, I tried setting the foolishness of April to the 2016, got an error:
