Avira on loading EE

Not sure where to put
So recently, whenever I load EE, whether it be the main site, kong, or client, this appears:

I press details -> virus information -> the virus name and this pops up

I updated it (using it's update feature) but it keeps happening.
Any way to fix this? Or recommend a better anti virus?

The only use case scenario I would recommend Anti-Virus software for is the elderly, children and generally uneducated.
Beyond that, the sensible option is to have common sense, and/or run non-trusted proprietary software in a sandbox.

There are security tools that exist that still serve a viable function to experienced users, I'd list MBAE as one such example.
