Independence day is an event in summer, so you shouldn't make a level with that theme.

oh k so we are allowed to test it before hand and this guy rene1236789 thinks that if I was a Judge that I will get all prize stuff I just feel like helping u that's all and ik now u let me test the levels before hand so I be hmm and stuff thanks toop

It can be done in some cases, but it's not recommended, especially this late in the registration period.

we are talking about awful server lag that has been happening recently (started like 1-2 days ago)
