Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Hey guys,
So I was talking in the Kong Chat and a topic came up.
That topic turned out to be this suggestion, so here it is.
The Suggestion:
THERE should be an Impossible Badge for completing the Fractured Fingers Campaign.
Edit:
This could also lead to an Advertised game on the site. Being players see the Campaign but aren't good enough so they stay and do other campaigns. This would repopulate the game, while giving us more players to interact with.
Edit 2:
Also It would be awesome if you could get a badge for completing all of one category level campaigns. For instance the "Basic Badge-Complete all basic-Easy Campains" and this could be an easy. Also the "Into the Game Badge-Complete all Medium-Hard Campaigns" this could be a medium or hard badge for Kong. Also the "Nothing Else to Do Badge-Complete all easy-extreme Campains" this could be a hard or an Impossible Badge on Kong. And maybe add some more Campaigns with extreme difficulty.

Kongregate gets very little attention from the staff. None of the staff members that I know of actively visits the forum or does anything there. While were at it, how about having a high score thing? Perhaps they could be stats of max energy and number of campaigns beaten.

I don't know what is required to have a badge, but honestly I don't think a sandbox game can get a badge.
I could be wrong, as Anti Idle: The Game has a badge, and it's just an idle game....

Considering that Platform Racing 2 is mostly just user-based content (plus campaigns, just like this game), I am not sure why it would not work for this game too.

EE won't get a badge on Kongregate.
and even so, EE's input wouldn't mean much. Greg decides which games have badges, and there are a few major requirements behind getting a badge on a game.

I don't see the Kong staff adding badges to a game that is several years already on their site.
EDIT: should the kong staff take a look at it, I don't think badges will be in before The Great Unity Update

Most likely because the game actually has a purpose, the whole game is based off winning levels and beating people. EE has many different purposes, RPG, bot, art, minigames, etc.

Then if EE has so many categories of different purposes why not add a badge for each (or just some):
For instance: RPG's could have a badge for ... well never mind that. But art and minigames could be together in one categories and named "World Star" because once you get 5k plus plays in a world you get this badge (this can be an easy badge or medium).
That's all I thought up of so this might have been a corny idea but just wanted to say what was on my mind.

If the badge you're suggesting here is getting 5k+ players in a world, then it could be any world, it doesn't have to be art or minigames.

well taking that into consideration yes. It would be any world any type.

I think having badges for things like that could be abused. I think that badges should be for challenges implemented into the game itself (such as beating campaigns or getting enough magic).

Yes that is why the original suggestion was
THERE should be an Impossible Badge for completing the Fractured Fingers Campaign.

Did you know that a game owner doesn't control what badges it gets?
...They get partial control, but you need to contact both kongregate admins AND game staff for a badge to be added.
Either way, badge suggestions would probably be:
Easy - Complete either tutorials or ancient ruins.
Medium - Complete story time AND tunnel rats.
Hard - Complete looks can deceive and endurance.
No campaigns are hard enough for an impossible badge.

then why isn't Fractured Fingers on that list as it is harder than enderance.

No campaigns are hard enough for an impossible badge.
If that is the case, then I have gotten impossible badges easier than Fractured Fingers. You need to consider that most Kongregate players do not dedicate months/years of practice to a game before getting a badge. I guess it depends on whom you ask, but I would think the average newbie would find Fractured Fingers "impossible".

I don't think Fractured fingers is impossible. but still on kongregate i got one imposs badge and its poss.
I like this idea:
Easy badge: Tutorial
Normal: Complete all normal campaigns! (when new normal campaign released, its impossible to remove badge in anyone's profile it stays forever)
Hard: Complete all hard campaigns! (same as normal)
Impossible: Complete Fractured Fingers (if new extreme release then complete all of extreme campaigns)
i really want this happen.

I was thinking that if they made a campaign of similar difficulty to fractured fingers, they would have an imposs badge requiring both.

Also, they aren't going to update the badges (if the game had badges) every time a new campaign is released.
