Well first you have to obtain the regular wizard.(If you haven't already.) Then hope you get lucky the next time you get a magic coin.

The same way as the fire one: Get coins like normal, if you're lucky you'll get a magic coin (very rare) and maybe even a wizard

Really? I thought you could get the Fire Wizard before the normal Wizard. The Fire Wizard is rarer than the normal Wizard, so it's more likely that you'd get the normal Wizard before the Fire Wizard.
