Need to change my email

So, basically I've ben trying to change my email for a while now
the domain of my email was closed and now there is no way I can retrieve it if anything happens.
on the EE page it says to talk to a staff member to get this done, but it's ridiculous that absolutely nowhere on the page is said how to contact a staff member
if anyone knows how to get this done, please help
