Ideas for next contest?

Hey,

So I would count the recent smiley contest a success since it was just a small contest with a small reward.

One of my final posts was that I may want to do other competitions in the future in-between the bigger competitions that the EE mods and admins offer, that way once the seasonal (usually) contests have ended, their is still something to do.

So if you want to, feel free to suggest some possible contest ideas for me to refer to in case I decide that I would offer another contest.

I'll check them out tomorrow (if anyone suggests any).

• Lottery type of "contest"

Should be made with a help of staff, because if the entering in the contest would be possible with gems, the minimum entry would be 50 gems, which is way too much for one ticket. That's why we would need staff members to help take players gems for lower price (idk 10, 20 gems or something).
Among all the entires there would be multiple winners as only 1 winner would take waaay to much gems, so maybe like 3-5 winners. This would make even more people to enter so it's a plus.
The option for this contest could also be recycling gems... which means deleteing some of the total gems prize.

In practise...: if 100 people enter, each buys 1 ticket of 20 gems, the total amount of prize is 2000 gems. Now begins recycling gems, let's say 50% of total prize gets erased -> 1000 gems. Now, if there are multiple winners (5), the recycled total prize gets divided 1000 / 5 = 200. So each winner gets 200 gems.
