When you pay even 1 cent in Paypal you also send an amount of personal information that can later be used by hackers.
Considering that he / she didn't specify the reason and is a new account you should be aware.

Considering that he / she didn't specify the reason and is a new account you should be aware.

I'm not trying to hack anyone... i just wanted to buy the case for my phone  i won on ebay... but i'm 1 cent away from it that's why i'm asking for help. I'm not asking for too much, but i would be very happy if anyone could assist.
