Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

i think he gets about $10 every day now, and i think he could get $100 every day if he updated more
How do you come up with those figures?

On February 27th, Chris gave a speech at the Flash Gaming Summit (in the Fisher Room @3:00), called "How I Built a $10,000/month Flash Game In My Spare Time".
A recording can be found here and the slides are available here.
It's probably the best source for EE income figures.
I have permanently left the game and forum.
EE is an entertaining game and I enjoyed playing it...
...but it's time for me to move on.

Those figures are outdated at this point and also fail to include the part where pretty much all of the income goes towards keeping the servers alive. You can use these figures as a reference for how much bandwidth Everybody Edits was eating at that time.
^ How much does it cost A month to keep the game alive.. I think he said he said 5 grand.. Has that changed?

There is no "Big update" anymore, as RPG has said.
Ouch, double post...

$2500/month gets 3TB, + $0.39 per additional GB (or $390 per additional TB...)*
*I'm using one thousand GB = 1 TB, not 2^10 GB = 1 TB, so pardon my math
Since the game is gaining in popularity, it's perfectly believable that server costs are eating up all the income.
I'm pretty sure Chris doesn't pay that much for player.io since he sorta created it

Those quotes are per month, the figures chris gave were lifetime stats. Unless there were also 9million rooms running at the time of writing
