Leave all worlds

A button in lobby to leave all worlds if you are on any. When you get disconnected your account sometimes stays on a world and won't leave.

This would be a good idea, however, a workaround is to join a different world, and it'll say that you can't join a world twice. Join it again, and all other accounts should be logged off.
