the legend of everybody edits?

My guess is that Sparhawk likes The Elenium, as Sparhawk is main character in that book series.
I am not sure if that helps you on your quest on finding out who the mysterious Sparhawk is, but it could help.

i found a guy in a level by herty, acting like a total noob. his username was "spar(e)hawk"
we talked. then he told me his max energy was "around 210" i checked his profile and it was 318 (clue1)
he has no smileys, no worlds, no packs. (clue2)
he knows everything about EXcrew (clue3)
RPGmaster2000 called him the greatest artist, he disagrees with him. (ofcourse a mod is in, otherwis it'd be no fun!) (clue4)
he has 48 other accounts (clue5) he stressed this clue
he loaded all his acounts in my level at an incredible speed, all with very original usernames (clue6)
he told me that we met A LOT(clue7)
he is having a bet with a friend about who can have the most accounts (clue8) (someone told me this is wrong, needs confirmation)
he likes drawing mountains (clue9)
he is the only 1 using his art style (clue10)
all famous forumers know him(clue11)
it is not linus21 (grammar too good, other litlle details, art)(clue12)

WHO IS HIS MAIN!?!?!

this is not a joke, if you have any clues or whatsoever to help me/us please post. if you have any theories, please post!

It's a Swedish guy, he lives in Stockholm.

Did "spar(e)hawk" tell you anything more about the way he does art? Did he show his art and was it alike the level I linked?
If the answer to my last question is "yes" - I strongly believe that spar(e)hawk is Linus21. I would also be confused on why you didn't take a picture/save the link of the art that he had, if he showed you anything. Would have helped us here.

Either way, my bet is Linus21.

i think its cyclone too.

Shouldn't we be banning people that take accounts from other people?   And shouldn't we be banning people that make new accounts on EE that only 1 person uses? Really, The rules state that making another account on the forums is a ban. Then what about making another account on the game? Kinda sounds like the same rule but diffrent.

RPG hasn't called anyone "the greatest" - but has mentioned a few great artists, "spar(e)hawk" might refer to that.
