WPE PRO NoDelayEdit
With this version of WPE PRO, you can upload things with any offset you want (10ms, 47ms, 1016ms, etc.).

Yeah, this is cool. The only bad thing is it starts lagging at any speed below around 50ms, though that's probably down to how bad WPE really is.

the best speed for animating on this is 25 or is it slower of faster
