Timed Stuff

I thought it would be cool if you could put timers on stuff like effects, certain action blocks, and maybe some other stuff.
There would be triggered timers and live timers. For example if I have a timed-portal set with the time 30s and it's set to trigger and currently it is a working portal, if I go through the portal then the portal will disable for 30s.
Or there would be a live timed-portal that will toggle from working to not working every X seconds. This could be for boosts, maybe. Portals, Keys, and more...

Already suggested. Staff isn't going to add a new section for blocks. 2 Sections (forground and background) are already okay

You dont need to add 3rd layer to make this suggestion

It doesnt mean 3rd layer. You can add timer to the curse block, but it is not on 3rd level

Portal cooldown? Interesting.

As for the other ones... not really sure.
