We'd definitely need limits.

In general, it would be better to extend the BBCode implementation rather than add a limited HTML tag, because whitelisting is almost always safer and easier than blacklisting.

Such is why we have BBCode.
If there's a special tag you want, go for that instead.

I'd say something but it's already been said. An [html] tag will not be added, but feel free to suggest any specific things you want from HTML.
