This is the information as listed on the wiki. Per-level.

Looking at this, you'd say that Ravatroll has the most campaign levels, followed by Lictor666. However, there is one thing to consider:

crews.

There are five crews/groups listed as authors -- the Staff, EX Crew, KO Crew, Coldstormers, Mighty Morphin Block Arrangers.

Nou, notably, is in EX Crew, the Staff crew, in addition to being listed individually. because i guess that's what happens when you own the game kek

Ergo, a better means of seeing who truly has the most levels in campaigns is by listing all the people in the crew instead of just the crew itself.
Granted, this has issues -- I know that not all the staff worked on the tutorials because xjeex is just a ghost, I'm not sure how much (if any) Ravatroll worked on Odyssey, and I'm fairly sure the whopping 23 people in KO Crew didn't all have a part of making that level.
The Halloween teams are probably fairly accurate, because those were contest levels.

So here's another graph, where I pretty much just replaced every instance of a crew with the full list... thus expanding the list considerably:

Results? Nou and Ravatroll are tied with eight campaign levels. KingOfTheOzone, Master1, and Lictor666 are tied with four. Out of 44 campaign levels, assuming I know how to count... which is honestly a bad assumption to make. That's 6% and 3% respectively.

If I just completely remove the tutorials out of it, because it kind of skews the data just a bit, we get this graph that wasn't originally going to be a part of this post:

Lictor666 is a solid second place, but Nou and Ravatroll are still tied.

The sides that a square has. The Square is a popular Toop level. Toop is an Admin.
What are cubes made out of? Squares. How is this relevant? Because Ex Crew has a level called Ex Crew Cube. Who's in Ex Crew? Nou. Also Ravatroll. Nou owns EE though.

Truly, the evidence is damning.

It all points to this:

RAVATROLL IS A SECRET MOD.

or possibly Nou's clone.

It all makes sense. Stream team, the word Troll in his username, the disproportionate amount of Campaign levels he has. How can we have been so blind?

Although, it does raise a few interesting questions about how campaign levels are chosen... something something bias mutter something something innovation mutter cough

I feel like the process for choosing campaign levels should be more public.

As it stands now we really have no idea what goes into the campaign building process.

It COULD be a community process, maybe with submissions or nominations or voting. It could be entertaining and cooperative, instead of whatever it is now

Here some update:

Ex Crew also used as "Ex Cuse" Then from cuse you can add in middle an R to get curse. ravatrolls name starts with R. Curse brings die -> Like bots can die. Ex Crew Shift is a bot. This shift box is in rect format (not like bombot, or anything else). Get Rekt is also a bot, which died. The # symbol looks like the border from blocks in italic format, also music symbols. Music in EE. Music in bots. "between" (border between blocks) its like be tween. tween used in lua to animate. EE is animated. Ex comes from greek/latin. In latin it means "from". Ex Crew means then. Ex merans also "was". It was a crew. In latin means "from". It was a crew. now it´s not?? -> ex crew in latin "from the crew". Nou owns it. "He is staff". Means "From the staff crew". Absolutely ravatroll is secret mod, when he is the seconds one. Ex Nou: From Nou. We got only buisness messages from nou. Buisnees, ravatroll. Ravatroll is so said developing the game. Nou is standing for No you! Persons can be called "Yo!" Processor is using "yonom" and "yoscroll"; there is an acc registered "rava-scroll". processor, actually coding the game. What maps did you categorize me under? I didn't make EX Trolled Minis for example, nor did I make any of the staff maps.
