Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I just paid 760 energy for Hard Hat smiley priced at 750. I checked and, on my last payment (from 720 to 750), my energy decreased by 40.
I know this post has appeared before but, in this case, the smiley cost me more energy.

It was just 10 energy. It refills anyways.

This may be "just ten energy", but all the price changes add up quickly. I would imagine fixing this so that the player cannot overspend would not be too much trouble.

If you want to not waste energy press add all.

A simple fix would fix the problem in the first place. No need to exaggeratedly mock me with sarcasm if you want to make a point.

Why do new people get cheaper blocks than those older players? The price of blocks should return to what they are because they are not limited before the update.

Because there are a ton more new blocks than they were before, not including the limited items blocks, it took a long time to get everything. If you joined earlier, you had time collect them as they came out, so you really didn't fall behind much when collecting the packs, which new players will fall behind because they have old packs as well as new released packs to spend energy on.
