Can have favorite smileys you actually dont have
from what i can tell, they're stored locally and save between versions (this is my ee.com acc with the favorites of my kong acc).
I think they should be saved per account.
(to replicate: go on an acc, get saved smileys that you don't have an a different acc, go to said different acc (on the same device), and check the favorites)
Doesn't actually do anything like at all though since you can't switch to them, so just mentioning this.

I just checked this and I can confirm this occurs. I don't see why they can't be stored server-side so they're persistent between computers.
