Would you admit a gay or a lesbian son?
Hello guys, I'm here to debate this subject because I think this is important for me.
I'm not sure about my sexuality yet because I'm still young to think about that, so I can be considered bi. The majority of people who are gay or lesbian are afraid to admit to theirs parents their sexuality because they think that they can be expelled from their house, the family suffer not accept or even take a beating from parents. So I want to give a tip I received, I hope I help you:
If you think yours parents will not accept your sexuality and they expell you from your house, don't tell them before you didn't got a work so you can live in your own house and you're independent to make what you think it's right.
Or if you think you will get beating from your fathers for admiting you're gay or lesbian then don't tell if you're not sure.
So yeah, my question is "Would you admit a gay son"? Let's put this if you have a son: Remember that you created a person that they must have a heart within you and who does good action for people and never did evil. Remember that this person is your child and you began to love it. Before you think of the "no" answer remember it all and loves your child the way he is inside and not outside.

Well of course I would. I don't plan on having kids tho
I don't plan on telling my parents either, they're awful and I don't like them anyways.

Parents want what is the best for their children.
Thinking that different sexual orientations are bad just because they are different is a bad mentality.
The parents control their kids and their decisions sometimes but at some point they will have to understand that this won't stay in their power forever.
At some point, the children will be responsible for themselves and for what they do. Why not give them the freedom to see what is good and what is bad, what they like and what they don't, themselves,
while only giving advice?

My mom is a fervent Christian and my dad used to be a beer-loving macho man in his old days, but they don't really care about my brother being openly gay since he was 12 and are okay with it.
They're not okay with him being a narcissistic, delusional piece of bimps, but that's something else.
Anyway IMO if someone is gay no one can really change that; even if you force him to sleep with or even marry a girl, he will get out of the closet someday.

More seriously. As previously said, parents wants the best for their child, if you think you're happy with ,being gay then go for it. Lying/hiding isn't the best option, trust me. Think your parents as your best friends that you can share everything with them, don't be embarassed about it.
