World returning

Plenty of people buy small worlds (god knows what for), they're only wasting space on the world list and they disturb scrolling it.
So it would be useful to return worlds, but as the consequences it would give us back only half of the world's price or less OR even nothing. Okay, maybe it would give us some energy back if it was quite a big world.

i have a lot of energy and i dont know on what i need to spend it . so i spend it on small worlds

I don't think worlds should be able to be deleted, because it's very unlikely you'll get energy back from deleting them since EE doesn't want to encourage users to delete things, they want them to build them.

Perhaps we could group similarly sized completely empty worlds together, so that it shows up as a single item in the world list. That way, it is irrelevant which empty world I choose, I just want to choose one and not have "untitled world 1" cluttering up my list.
