How to develop plugins for ee?

I want to know if there is any bot/programming for which you can make for example:
1. Someone has heal effect but is a zombie
2. Someone hasnt got any effect but can swim in hazards
3. Someone hasnt got fly effect but is able to fly
4. Someone has got ALL effects but cant use them
5. Someone is able to use a smiley  which isnt existing in ee
6. ...

You can't have bots make a player do something that contradicts EE, so you can't have any of the points you mentioned, except maybe point 3 by using a hack client, because they give godmode to people not supposed to, which is basically flying and going through blocks.

EDIT: even then, this particular case only applies to the player using the hack client, and not anyone else.

^All things can be done with a hacked client. But, by definition, that doesn't ever do what you want it to because no one else sees it. Something about "accepted reality" or something. Basically, that makes you crazy.

Jonathan1003 is 299.7% correct. Bots are players. If you can place a block, so can the bot. If you can't draw 7 red-green-transparent perpendicular lines, the bot can't, either.
