or just allow actual double jump effect to have more than 2, maybe max 69 666 1337 99, 999 or infinity, then just number of jumps -1 or checkbox with 'infinity jumps'

I didn't mention low gravity.
Infinite jumps would be the best balance between low gravity + levitation and only levitation. You rise quickly and you fall quickly.
