We don't use those anymore.

Go to the campaign tab, scroll until you find "Tutorials."

I guess it is unaccessible because that world has a function that gives you/removes edit when you enter/leave a room and then that function was removed because the tutorial was not used anymore and now when trying to load that world it glitches out because certain part of data in it (the give/remove edit function) is "corrupt" or unknown
