Favorite blocks tab

This is a suggestion for the new tab which the staff is working on.

I don't know if it won't be implemented because I can't find the thread about it anymore.

I didn't do everything as it should be (normal Block tab missing, bad graphics), I just did it fast.
There would be a + button to add more blocks to favorites. After clicking on it the window which you can see would show up and you would have displayed a list of all blocks (blocks, action, decorations, background).
I didn't draw that, but I think you should be able to pick which blocks from a pack exactly you want by clicking on the pack name in the window which I draw.

This could work with collapsed mode too.

I like BEE's idea, but it looks worse with those empty spaces, over all it's wasting space. You could also pick whichever blocks you want, but they should be fit tight, without empty spaces.
