debate forum

on another forum i go on there is a section for debates, where you can, as clearly said, debate stuff. there are weekly debates held by mods (i guess, i dont see it there but still a good idea), and it is interesting. people could also label they're topic as fun or serious or something to avoid **** (yes i  of all people said that). debates already go into off-topic, but they arent regulated and often end up in bans. this fourm could go into the offtopic section of the forum. tell me your thoughts, and like diff said on a previous suggestion i have, woot this post if you support it

Wooted. Then unwooted.

perhaps we should prove that we could start and sustain the forum. Not much sense in creating it to ignore it for the rest of time.
