Files inside are

• Pop 'em all.exe

• D3DX9_42.dll

• data.win

This cannot be directly put into a website without even running it, where did you make this? - there may be an option to export as a way to embed into a website, there should also be a help guide to tell you what HTML you need to use to implement your game.
