No ones is the best in Everybody Edits. Just have more skills than others. Or maybe, very nice skills. I think who is a good Artist in Everybody Edits it's Lictor666 and Kiraninja.

Why do people (or is it just you?) keep posing these highly opinionated and completely unproductive questions?

We really cannot decide reasonably. You could make a poll and pseudo-quantify who the best is, but that would have no purpose. And it would, in reality, be a popularity contest of "gee, I know this person".

For me the best player is PDC. He can complete any kind of mini-game and can make really hard ones.
